Our Guarantee

If we genuinely cannot help you grow on Reddit, we will refund you. That is our promise.

But before you ask for a refund - talk to us first.

Step 1: Let us help you

If you are struggling with Reddit marketing, not sure how to use the tool, or not seeing results yet - contact us. You can reach us via the chat inside the dashboard or by emailing info@mediafa.st.

We respond to every message. We will help you set up your strategy, fix anything that is confusing, and make sure you are getting value from the tool. Most issues get resolved quickly once we talk.

Step 2: If it still does not work - we refund you

If after we have helped you it still does not work out, we will refund you. No arguments, no hoops, no hard feelings.

What we do not refund

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, not using the tool, or skipping Step 1. The chat and email exist for a reason - use them and we will sort it out together.

We also do not issue refunds if your product or service is not suitable for Reddit marketing. MediaFast provides strategies, subreddit recommendations, and post generation based on the information you give us. If your product has no clear audience on Reddit, is pre-launch with no landing page, or is not a fit for the platform, that is not something we can control. We do our best to help every product, but results depend on what you are promoting.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No future charges after cancellation. For refunds on a recent charge, contact us within 7 days.
